How would Jose handle the current situation in Minnesota? Not only the civil unrest but the investigation in the missing 9 billion dollars?

The civil unrest started when immigration cracked down because of the financial investigation, finding ways to make fiscal accountability more stringent. The only way to do that is creating a work flow of the process to identify the “point” where fraud branches out, start addressing it there. The situation in the streets will be dangerous here in Texas Families taking their kids to school. My priorities would be ready to shift to remote learning to reduce the activity in the streets. With less people to interact with, ICE is bound to move around. Currently the state is at odds with the current occupation of federal agents in their streets. If states have no authority over federal immigration nor agents, the governor would use the executive power to utilize the instruments at his administrative disposal to do the most to minimize the amount of interactions of citizens with federal agents, to keep both citizens and federal agents safe.
